Another day of removing debris. I did honor the day with a roasted leg of lamb but other than that we spent the day with chain saw in hand removing the debris from the tornado.
I always remember Easter from my days in Greece and the roasted lamb and all the other traditions that come in to play during this time of year. Of course Orthodox Easter is still a couple of weeks away on the 23rd but to all the readers who may be Orthodox "Christo Anesti". I will try and remember when the actual observance hits. For those of you not Orthodox that means Christ is Risen and is the traditional greeting in Greece on Easter Sunday. Too bad all you christians with the small "c" don't embrace the meaning in those words.
