Reportedly, Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow this morning meaning 6 more weeks of winter. That is the bad news for the people up north.
Gen. Beauregard Lee, Phil's counterpart here in Metro Atlanta DID NOT see his shadow this morning which bodes well for us in the South.
