Culinary first yesterday for me. I made my own butter and it is pretty good and it was very easy to do. I was inspired by the latest issue of Saveur Magazine which is a wonderful magazine for foodies like me. I look forward anxiously for my new issue every month. This month virtually the entire issue is focused on butter. As usual there are some wonderful butter centric recipes as well.

Plus a whole lot more. I love butter and I cook with it a lot. I still use a lot of olive oil but finish a lot of dishes with butter. I probably won't make butter as a regular thing but it was interesting to watch the process and know how it's done.
