Windmills

Grace over at Scriptoids takes at a critical look at the poster boy for planned parenthood (Jonah Goldberg) and his inept and SFB handling of a story about the idea to put 130 windmills in shallow waters off Nantucket. Jonah uses the story as a feeble and inaccurate excuse to ridicule the Kennedys instead of a real story of hard environmental choices.

I personally think windmills are cool. I spend a lot of time on the west coast of Sweden where there are windmills along all the bays and inlets. Granted they are not part of the natural landscape but I think they are graceful and majestic. The knowledge that they are producing much needed energy with absolutely no pollution just adds to the beauty.
